The Journey to the Mountains: As twilight settles over the island, your Cretan Night at Pano Karouzanos Village begins with an evening drive into the Cretan countryside. Leaving the resort areas behind, you travel towards a traditional mountain setting where food, music, dance and hospitality come together.
Arrival at Pano Karouzanos: The ideal arrival time is around 19:30. Before the programme begins, guests usually have time to enjoy the village atmosphere, take photos, admire the mountain views and arrive comfortably at the taverna.
The Cretan Welcome: At the taverna, the evening begins with local raki and small bites. Guests are shown to their seats and have time to relax, take in the setting and enjoy the warm atmosphere before the music and dancing begin.
Dinner, Wine and Good Company: At the tables, guests enjoy a traditional dinner served in a relaxed taverna setting, with appetisers, a served main course, fruit and sweet treats. Water, red wine and white wine are included throughout the evening, while the music and dancing gradually bring the celebration to life.

Dinner Menu and Drinks
- • During the evening, guests enjoy a traditional Cretan dinner served at the table. A selection of appetisers is placed on the tables, including fava, bread, tzatziki, Greek salad and homemade cheese pies.
- • Once guests have taken their seats, the main course is served and includes pork in the oven, oven baked potatoes, oven roasted chicken and risotto with vegetables.
- • A vegetarian option of gemista with oven baked potatoes is available upon prior arrangement. Please mention this when booking so we can inform the organiser in advance.
- • After the main course, fruit plates and sweet treats of halva are served.
- • Throughout the evening, guests enjoy unlimited water, red wine and white wine. Orange juice is available for small children. Additional beverages and other drinks can be purchased from the bar.

• Language Availability: Please ensure your preferred language is available on your selected date.
• Pick-up Protocol: Consult the pick-up table below for your exact location. Punctuality is vital: Please be at your pick-up point 10 minutes early. The bus follows a strict schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
• Infant Safety: Infants (0-3) travel free but must sit on a parent's lap as no separate seat is reserved.
• Dietary Requests: Vegetarian meals are available upon prior arrangement. Please mention this when booking so we can inform the organiser in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Free Cancellation: Get a 100% full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour departure (defined as the time of the first pick-up of the day).
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or if you fail to show up at the pick-up point on time.
• Operator Adjustments: In rare cases, the organiser may need to reschedule or cancel the tour due to adverse weather, force majeure or insufficient participation. If the tour is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.
