Overview:
We begin our safari tour around 9:00 in the morning, from Rethymnon, of where we will drive southwards, across wine yards, to reach the village of Castello and a wonderful church of Agia Paraskevi, hidden in a laurel forest. Afterwards, we will pass through traditional Cretan small villages, Balsamonero discovering the rural life of Creta. Continuing southwards, driving to Ano & Kato Malaki and cross the famous gorges of Kotsifou and we will reach the wonderful Plakias' beach where we will enjoy a refreshing swimming and a delicious BBQ.
After this break, we will drive along a breathtaking off-road track in the mountains, which will lead us northwards to the wonderful village of Georgioupoli, with its refreshing springs and we will drive along the old roman vestiges of Lapa. Our way back home starts around 17:00 in the afternoon.
Lunch includes One pork steak or chicken fillet per person, salad bar Cretan salads, Tzatziki, bread, fruits, soft drinks and a glass of wine.
