Overview:
This exceptional outing begins with a drive to the picturesque town of Ierapetra on the south coast. From here a boat ride across the azure waters of the Libyan Sea takes us to the Island of Chrissi 8 miles away from the coast. During the journey you can sometimes observe the dolphins in their natural habitat, seemingly showing off as they swim and leap into the air, just a few meters away from the boat.

Chrissi Island is the most southern as well as the hottest point in Europe with vegetation similar to tropical, with a beautiful "Lebanon" cedar tree forest amongst the sand dunes, probably the last existing in Europe. The island is now protected as an "Area of Intense Natural Beauty" as it looks like the last paradise on Earth. A perfect day for swimming, snorkelling, sunbathing, and relaxation away from the busy modern resorts…

Adults: Over 12 years old  (Full fare)
Children: 4-12 years old  (50% discount)
Infants: 0-3 years old  (Free of charge)

Other Information:

1. The restaurant/bar (self-service) is open throughout the cruise, offering a wide selection of salads, toast, sandwiches, soft drinks, pastries, pizzas, beers, wine, ice cream, coffee, etc. (extra).
2. In order, to preserve the already burdened natural environment of the island, the Greek government has decided to forbid any type of boats to approach and disembark passengers on it, leaving us no choice but to CRUISE AROUND THE ISLAND.
3. Still, you are permitted to get to the island by swimming, for that reason our boat stops at an approximate distance of 50m for anyone to swim to it (the waters are deep with maximum depth approx. 5m).

PRICING
This excursion includes in its price: Your transfer r/t from your hotel, Boat tickets, Lunch and island entrance. The Adult Fare is applied to passengers of any age above 12 years old. The Child Fare applies to children between 4 and 12 years old (50% discount + extra's if chosen) and the Infant Fare to any child under 4 years old (Free of Charge // No seat reserved).
